Update: TM3 Web - Hotfix 12/2017

At Blue Zinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever.

This document details all known issues fixed in the December 2017 Hotfix.

The following features have been added:

Clinical Merge Fields:

In this release we have added new merge fields that can be used to create letters and emails that will merge clinical information from cases. You can access these new merge fields when creating a new document template from within the case section. To find this navigate to Settings > Documents > Case

Clinical Audit:

New functionality has been added to the clinical section of TM3 allowing users to audit a case once the case has been discharged and locked. You can access this functionality by viewing a case, clicking on More  and selecting the option for Audit Case. This will add a new section to the case which will contain the date of the audit, the user who initiated the audit and the audit notes.

Once you submit the audit all unlocked parts of the case (consultations, images etc) will lock including the case itself and can no longer be edited or added to.

The following issues have now been resolved:

Previous & Next Buttons not functional when editing a consultation. 


Pressing backspace or delete would not remove block white space in a text input component.


Clicking an evening  slot in Firefox would cause the diary to jump to an early morning slot.


Incorrect wording on Quick Bill screen when a business is set to be billed manually.

Unable to add credit to part of an invoice.


Invoices with multiple billing items for one patient would display as 'Multiple Patients' making is difficult to reconcile bulk payments.


Invoice Status column not populating in the Aged Debt Report.
