Update: Bug Fixes and Features - Intercom

At Blue Zinc, we are constantly improving our software to ensure that TM3 remains the leading clinic and class management system. Designed to help you to streamline processes and enhance client engagement from acquisition to discharge. Our latest release will be available as of Monday 9th November 2020, which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all known issues fixed in the latest TM3 update.

You may have noticed a slight change in the live chat icon at the bottom of your screen. We have upgraded our live chat facility which will help us increase efficiency and improve response times.

The improvements also mean that you can now access articles in our knowledge base within live chat, meaning you can click along with instructions without having to leave the screen you are working on!
