Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 3.2.9

At Blue Zinc, we are constantly improving our software to ensure that TM3 remains the leading clinic and class management system. Designed to help you to streamline processes and enhance client engagement from acquisition to discharge. Our latest release will be available as of Wednesday 9th December 2020, which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all known issues fixed in the latest TM3 update.

Feature Enhancements

Clinical Case Locking:

Within this latest release of TM3 we have including a new feature that will lock Clinical Cases to the Practitioner assigned to them meaning other Practitioner users at the same Location will be unable to view these Case notes.

To activate this go to Settings > Clinical > Case Settings and you will see the new option as show below

Client ID for instance only appears after a refresh


Locking a Case directly after adding additional information to an existing Discharge summary does not save the changes

Documents and Templates

Renaming a file name to contain a '+' prevents future access to the file


Adding new Class and unticking Online still allows the Class to show on Connect for Online bookings
