Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 2.8.2

At BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the December TM3 update.

Feature Enhancements

Select Location for Invoice creation

Previously when creating invoices from within the patient record the invoice would be created against the Patients registered location. Now you will have the ability to select which location you would like this invoice created for.

Selection of Template to use on New Case

When creating a new Case within TM3 the system will always give you the First Consultation template when you add your first consultation to a case. But this might not always be correct. It could be that you have moved from another system or from paper based and this Case is actually a continuation. In this case you would want to add in a Follow up Consultation. With this in mind we have added in a new option which, when active, will ask the use what template they wish to use upon adding the First Consultation to a new Case

This new option can be found in Settings > Clinical

​​Improved Scores and Goals

We have reworked the Scores and Goals within the Clinical section of TM3. These have been made easier to add, edit and view. Also with Goals you can now select Goals and create an average from them

New Slider Element

A new Slider element has been added to Clinical for use when creating Clinical Templates

Formulas

We have also added formulas to Clinical as well for use when creating Clinical templates. Each element can be assigned a variable name, these variables can be used in formulas to produce an outcome based on your specifications

Date/Time picker

The final new element added for Clinical Templates is the Date/Time picker. This will allow the user to select a date and time in order to be more specific

Ability to view an attachment on a Email template

When creating an Email Template you have the ability to add in a Letter Template that will be attached to the email when sent. Previously you could not view the Letter from the Email Template and had to exit the Email and go to the Letter in order to see this. Now you can view the Letter from the Email where the system will show you without the Merge fields

Practitioner Reg number and Merge Field

A New field has been added to the Practitioner record called 'Reg Number'. Here you can store things like the Practitioners Registration number or Qualifications that can then be used in Documents by using the new Merge field to pull this information in

Folder within Documents area

Previously the Documents area within Patient records was a flat structure, now we have added the ability to create sub folders to allow better organistation of the documents you upload

Consent columns added to Patient Analysis report

New columns have been added to the Patient Analysis report to allow you to see at a glance which Patients have consented to Treatment and the various Communication  options
