Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 2.7.3

At BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the June TM3 update.

Feature Enhancements

​​Patient Deletion/Anonymisation

In this latest version of TM3 we have included the ability to Delete/Anonymise a Patient within the system

This can be accessed from the Patient record under 'Actions'

Once you have selected this option the system will explain what is about to happen and ask if you wish to continue

As shown in the image above the process will delete information about the patient including:

  • Alerts
  • Patient Log
  • Tasks related to this Patient
  • Appointments
  • Clinical Case Notes
  • File Area including Communications and manually uploaded files

The system will also Anonymise the Patient record and any Financial information for this Patient. This is done so that invoices and payment you have in the system for this patient remain for your financial records however the information relating to the patient will be anonymised.

Please Note: If you chose to Delete/Anonymise a patient from the system this cannot be reversed, the system will warn you of this before starting the process
