Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 2.7.2

At BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the May TM3 update.

Feature Enhancements

GDPR Functionality

New functionality has been added to the Patient record to better aid you with your compliance with the GDPR

​​Patient Consent

We have added a new tab that you can access when Editing an existing or Creating a new Patient record

From here you can select the level of Consent that the patient has given including how they would like to be contacted in regards to marketing information.
Once these have been selected and saved a summary of the Patients Consent can be seen within the header of the Patients record

Please Note: Scheduled appointment reminders for existing Patients will be unaffected by the new Consent option, these will continue to send as normal

Subject Access Request
There may come a time whereby a patient will request some or all of the information that you currently have stored on them. We have added new functionality for you to be able to make it simple to retrieve the information requested
To access this go to the relevant Patient Record and click Actions where you will find the option for Download Patient Details. You will then be able to select what information you wish to retrieve.

The system will then go off and collect the information you have requested. Please note that depending on the information requested and amount of information you currently hold on the patient this process may take some time, once the process has been completed the system will send you an email confirming the process have completed.
