Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 11/08/2016

At BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the August 2016 update.

Feature Enhancements

  1. Room Manager

This feature allows you to create and manage room appointments from the Room View within the Diary Section..

Selecting the “Room View” option will change from the standard practitioner view to that locations rooms.

Room Setup

Rooms can be setup from Settings > Setup > Room.

From here you will setup the room description and the associated location.
Once this done you will need to assign practitioner sessions to the created rooms.

*Room Manager is only available for Room enabled Licenses. For more information please contact TM3 Support

  1. Diary Appointment Counter (Diary Summary)

The TM3 Diary now includes an Appointment Counter based on your current view.  This shows a total of all appointments and a breakdown of each appointment by status.

  1. Diary Printing

You can now print the Diary based on your current view. This will print the diary in either Practitioner or Room View.
The print option is accessible by the Diary menu (Menu > Print)


  1. Practitioner Diary Ordering

You can now reorder the practitioners on diary based on location.

This is done from Settings > Setup > Practitioner - Diary Ordering

NB: This is done on a per location basis and will affect the diary ordering for all users 

  1. Text Message Counter

TM3 will now count the characters on a sms and inform you if the count and current page totals.

  1. Change Default Received Location for Income

This option allows you to change where you receive your income. This can be based on what location the user is logged in at or where the appointment is booked.

This option is found in Settings > Finance
