Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 02/2018

At BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the February 2018 update.

This is the first big update to TM3 for 2018 and includes major improvements to both the Diary and Homescreen.

Feature Enhancements

1. Homescreen

The appointments dashboard has been  redesigned for tablets and desktops.

The redesign means the appointments dashboard will wrap correctly on tablets as show below on an iPad Pro.

2. Diary

The diary has been optimised and redesigned to perform better on tablets and desktops. Some new features include: 

When moving an appointment, the appointment start and end time will change when moving.

Tapping and holding down on an appointment on a tablet will allow you to move an appointment easily.

There is also a new feature on tablet for changing the day/week by swiping left and right.

If Show Practitioners with Working Times is enabled and a practitioner is selected with no working times it will display a warning message.

3. Alerts

There has been a functionality change with alerts. If an alert is set that a user must acknowledge this alert it will now always ask to be acknowledged when an appointment or record is accessed with the alert.

NOTE: As a result of the enhancements to the diary, there are a number of settings which may have been reset to their default values and may need reconfigured to your preferences. These settings are,

  • Diary Interval
  • Show/Hide Weekends (Week View Only)
  • Show/Hide Cancellations
  • 12/24h format
  • Diary Practitioner Order
  • First Day of Week
  • Show 'What do you want to do next' after quick bill
  • Working Days
