Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 26/02/2016

As of today we have updated the TM3 web interface to include the below list of bug fixes, and additional features.

  • Holiday Appointments were only appearing for the first day that they were added - they will now appear for each day added

  • Appointment were duplicating occasionally, especially when resizing the screen or viewing on a smaller device - this has now been fixed

  • Moving and appointment via dragging - time now calculating correctly

  • Viewing Group Invoices, the patient name was not appearing (if related to one patient) - this has now been fixed

  • Diary Interval not always remembered after logout and login - this has now been fixed

  • When moving in diary using calendar appointments don't appear in the following month - this has now been fixed

  • Group Payment not appearing after being recorded - this has now been fixed

  • Group Payment appearing to be linked to an unrelated patient - this has now been fixed

  • Stock length not correct when booking appointment - this has now been fixed

  • Body Site Lost when you arrive an appointment - this has now been fixed

  • Editing meeting in TM3 Web results in meeting changing to an appointment - this has now been fixed

  • Practitioner Setup – follow up option not appearing immediately - this has now been fixed

  • A new feature has been added to check for duplicate patients when creating a new patient

  • The TM3 Diary Auto Refresh now working better than it was

  • Adding Medical Contacts to patient was only displaying name and post code - it will now display additional information

  • Basic Search function now clearer

  • A new feature has been added to identify navigation icons when you hover over them

  • Document History - Creation Date has been

  • Patient Merge Fields Added to Letter Template Options

  • Sessions/Working times now default to be available online (Option in Settings)

  • Alert acknowledgement now recorded in Audit

  • You can set practitioners to Not in Use

  • Appointment Status now captured in Patient Log

  • Importing documents now recorded in Patient Log

  • Appointment Cancelation Reason now recorded in Patient Log

  • Can create new users based on existing users roles

  • Can now record patient alternate address

  • Can Now Edit Patient Registration Date

  • Can Print Charts from Reports

  • Auto Logout – Time can now be set for auto logout
