Sending an Email from a Patient/Client Record

In TM3 you can send an email from a Patient/Client record.  To do this open the record and click the Actions button.

Once you click on this you will get a list of different actions that can be performed.  We want to click on Actions and scroll down to the Email section.  This will include any custom email templates that have been added.  

When you have selected the appropriate email template the below window will appear.  The email address that is in the client record will automatically pull through here.  You can Cc or Bcc others into this email and add information by typing into the email editor.  Click Send when you want to send the email to the client.
