Update: Bug Fixes and Features - 29/04/2016

BlueZinc we have been working hard to ensure that TM3 remains the leading practice management system, helping you to run your clinic more efficiently than ever. Our latest release is now available which you will receive the next time you login. This document details all featured enhancements and known issues fixed in the April 2016 update.

Feature Enhancements

 

Initial Mobile Optimisation

Accessing TM3 through a mobile will now contain 3 main sections as well as basic settings.

 

Homescreen

Diary

The diary will only show a single practitioner/single day view for mobiles.

Calendar navigation - You can use the calendar at the top of the diary to move ahead or back in time or alternatively swipe left or right on the screen to move a day ahead or back.

Contacts

The contact section allows you to create, edit and view Patients, Groups and Medical Contacts

Patient Record

Scrolling down on the patient record will show:

  • Appointment Details

  • Account information such as Invoices/Payments

  • Document History

  • Treatment Authorisation History

  • Medical/Client Contacts

Batch Email/Print Invoices

From the Finance Section > Invoices, you can now Print or Email a batch of invoices.

On the Invoice screen click on an invoice and the “Batch Dialog” will appear (Lower Right of screen)

To select more that one invoice Click “Ctrl” + Click the Invoice you wish to add to this batch or to select a specific set, click “Shift” + Click the 1st Invoice and last invoice you wish to include in this batch..

Alternatively click “Select Page” or “Select None” to include all invoices displayed or remove all invoices from the selection

Includes the following options:

  • Invoice Only

  • Invoice with Letter

  • Letter Only

Invoice with Letter and Letter Only allows the clinic to print a cover letter along with the invoice or just the cover letter itself.

This will need to be configured and customised to your clinic requirements before you 1st run the batch. To do so go to Settings > Templates > Invoices

The following templates will need customised:

  • Letter - Invoice cover letter  

  • Letter - Invoice overdue reminder  

Includes the following options:

  • Invoice cover email

  • Invoice overdue reminder

These options allows the clinic to email a cover letter along with the invoice.

These will need to be configured and customised to your clinic requirements before you 1st run the batch. To do so go to Settings > Templates > Invoices

The following templates will need customised:

  • Email - Invoice cover letter  

  • Email - Invoice overdue reminder
