There may be a case where perhaps a business/group will not pay for the treatment and therefore this has to be transferred to the client.
As you can see in the image below we have an invoice of £10.00 being billed to the group Axa. This is for an initial assessment of patient Ryan Hamilton.
If we want to transfer this invoice to the patient we click on More Actions.
Once you click on More Actions it brings up a drop down and you should click Transfer To Client.
This then brings up the screen below. You can select whether you want to transfer the remaining amount of the invoice or if you want to transfer a part amount. You can enter a description which will appear on the patients invoice and it shows the transfer total. You have the option to Create Invoice Now, Cancel and Transfer.
In this example I ticked Create invoice now. After I click Transfer it brings up the screen below. I can view the business invoice or view the client invoice.
If I click View Client Invoice it brings up the screen below. You can see it is now being billed to the patient and you can also see the description contains what we set it to be when we were on the Transfer to customer screen.
If we were to view the group/business invoice it shows that there is no amount outstanding and that the £10.00 was transferred to the customer.
