How to Email an Invoice

In TM3 you are able to email an invoice. To do this you will need to open up the invoice you are wanting to email, when the invoice is opened you will see a button for More Actions. You will then see the option to Email the invoice and you can select the type of email you want to send, depending on the templates, as shown below.

Your email template will then appear on a new screen where you can edit it and attach the invoice. To do this. Click on the paper clip on the right of the screen.  

If you have added your invoice through the templates area in TM3 you will not need to complete the steps below.  This article will show you how to do this.

A new window will then appear where you can choose what you want to attach. You can choose to attach a patient invoice or group invoice as shown below.

Once you have added selected your invoice and click done. It will then appear in the attachments field on the email.

Once you are happy simply click on Send
