To add a task click on the Task Inbox (Located in the top navigation bar beside the settings cog)
Once you click on the task inbox the screen below appears. This allows you to view tasks and to create tasks. To create a task click on the plus icon button.
This brings you to the new task screen. It is automatically populated with the date, time and the user you are logged with. You are able to link the task to a patient by typing in their name where it says Patient.
You can then put in the task description and choose any other settings and then click Create.
