Client Record in Detail


Client Profile

When you click View beside a client record it brings up their profile which has the same layout as my example below. 

The client's name boldly stands out in yellow and a larger text size compared to the other text.  A brief summary of the client's details are displayed and the status of their treatment is also highlighted.


Edit & Action

There are two buttons in green which you can choose.

  • Edit
  • Action

Edit

Clicking Edit allows you to make any changes to the client record.


Actions

If you click on Actions it shows a drop-down list like the one in the image below.  You can do any of these actions like book an appointment, add an invoice etc in other parts of the client record which will be discussed later in this article. 

The purpose of these being available under the actions button is so you can access them quickly without having to go into the corresponding section.


Further Details

Under the client summary, you have the option to view Further Details. If you click on Further Details it will bring up the screen below.  This is basically detailing extra information from the client’s profile.


Alerts

You are able to add alerts to patient records.  You do this by clicking on ‘Click here to add an alert

This will then open a window where you can create the alert.  This window looks like the one in the image below.  You are able to start the alert from now or on a specific date.  You can also choose who can see this alert whether it be everyone, just yourself or another user.  You are given the opportunity to set that the user must acknowledge the alert every time the client's record is accessed and they can also create a task.

Once they click create, the alert is now added to the client record.

When you enter the clients record the alert appears on screen as shown below and you click acknowledge to close it.

To delete the alert simply go to the alert via the client record and click Edit and then Delete.


Log Notes & Med History

You also have the opportunity to add/log notes and also patient medical history against the patient record.  You can do this by clicking on the Logs & Notes / Prev Med Hist button on the right-hand side.  When you click on this it opens a panel.  To add a log/note you click the plus button.


Client Sections

There are 5 sections below the clients details.  These are

        1. Appointments

        2. Account

        3. Contacts

        4. Documents

        5. Treatment Authorisations

        6. Clinical Cases 


 ​Appointments

You can book an appointment and view appointments from this section. TTwo images below shows you what it looks like when you have an appointment booked and when there is none booked.


Account

You can view invoice, charges, and payments and additionally create an invoice.


Contacts

Add or view medical and client contacts


Documents

Add and view letters, SMS or emails to the client.  You can also attach documents to their record.


Treatment Authorisations

This section gives you a brief overview of the client's treatment authorisations if they have any.  You can also add and/or remove the treatment authorisations.


Clinical Cases

When a client has a case open they will be saved here on their profile.
