How to search the TM3 Audit

The Audit tool is a feature within TM3 that allows you to check an extensive number of actions that have been performed within TM3 as well as showing the username associated with these actions. 

This allows you to check; for example, who deleted an appointment or closed off an invoice. 

In order to access the Audit tool go to  Settings > Audit.

You can search by typing in the Search Audit box at the top of the screen.  For example you can type in a patients name and it will return all actions to do with that patient.

If you click on Advanced Search, you are able to search by different parameters which are explained in the following image.

In the image below it shows the drop down list of types you can search for.  Note: There are more types than you can see in the image, you just need to use the scroll bar to show more.

In the below image I have filled out some details as I want to find out any updates that have happened to patient Danny Bradleys appointments.

When I hit search it brings up results and an example of this is shown in the image below.  Looking at this information I can see that the user Laura updated Danny Bradleys appointment on 07/10/2016 at 09:37am.  The action detail may be hard for you to understand but you can expand this column which will show you more information that you can make better sense of.  Do not hesitate to give the support team a call if you need help interpreting any of the results.
